Genuine, natural Freshwater coin shaped Pearl adjustable ring, currently a size 6, but can be adjusted up or down a few sizes. The Pearl is about 12mm in diameter and the Fine silver band is a little over 4mm. This can be customized closer to your ring size if needed.
